Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Free access and trials

Basic access is free. When offered, the 30-day Plus trial requires no card, creates no automatic charge, and returns to Basic when it ends. A trial is not a paid subscription.

Paid subscriptions

Paid checkout remains unavailable until payment-provider activation and the order-specific pre-contract flow are complete. No paid order is accepted merely by submitting an early-access or contact form.

When paid sales open, the checkout will show the plan, billing interval, total price, applicable taxes, renewal terms, service start, and the provider handling payment before the user confirms an order.

Cancellation and renewal

A paid subscription may be cancelled before its next renewal through the billing portal or support channel. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not erase statutory records. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period unless law or the checkout disclosure requires a different result.

Refunds and digital service

Any refund or withdrawal right will be assessed under the checkout disclosure, the moment performance started, actual service use, mandatory consumer law, and payment-provider rules. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights.
