Aroxda processes account, workspace, usage, lead, and technical log data to provide and secure the service and, where consent is given, to measure product use. Lead forms may store a name, phone number, email address, user type, and request note. Product waitlists, including Evidence API early access, may store an email address, locale, selected data product, intended use, refresh need, and expected request-volume band to qualify demand and send availability updates.

Strategy Foundry submissions may contain the market research hypothesis and note supplied by the user and an optional reference image. If a user explicitly enables mobile evidence alerts, Aroxda may process an Expo push token, device platform, app version, alert preferences, and the account binding needed to deliver the requested alert. A watchlist remains on the device unless a feature clearly states otherwise.

Essential session and security records may be processed to operate the service. Detailed analytics and funnel events are enabled only with consent; declining them does not block core access. Aroxda does not use advertising tracking in the mobile app. Consent can be withdrawn in cookie preferences.

Role- and workspace-based access controls protect data. Service providers receive only what is necessary for infrastructure, database, authentication, push delivery, email, and support. Retention, data-subject rights, and transfers are described in the Personal Data Protection Notice. A signed-in user can start account deletion at aroxda.com/account/delete; privacy requests may also be sent to legal@aroxda.com.
