Cancellation and Refund Policy

Digital delivery

Aroxda plans are digital services. When paid checkout is enabled, access starts after payment confirmation unless the pre-contract information states a different activation time.

Cancellation and renewal

You may cancel a recurring plan before the next renewal through the billing portal or support. Cancellation prevents the next renewal; access normally continues through the paid period shown at checkout.

Refund review

Refund and withdrawal requests are assessed using the order-specific pre-contract disclosure, activation time, actual service use, mandatory consumer law, and the payment provider record. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Duplicate, unauthorized, or technically failed charges should be reported promptly with the account email, payment date, amount, and provider reference. Do not send full card details.
