Data and purposes

Identity and contact information, account and workspace records, demo, pricing and support requests, product-waitlist details (email, locale, selected data product, intended use, refresh need, and expected request-volume band), Foundry philosophy text, notes and optional reference images, consent choices, security and transaction logs, and—only after the user enables evidence alerts—an Expo push token, device platform, app version, alert preferences, and account binding may be processed for membership, requested product functions and alerts, request and demand qualification, availability updates, security, troubleshooting, legal obligations, and—where consent exists—product analytics.

Collection method, legal bases, retention, and transfers

Data is collected electronically through account, pricing, waitlist, support, Foundry, mobile-alert, security-log, and consent interfaces. Processing may rely on contract performance, legal obligation, establishment or protection of a right, legitimate interests that do not override fundamental rights, and explicit consent where required. Unconverted leads and product-waitlist records are retained for up to 12 months; product analytics for up to 13 months; security and audit logs for up to 24 months; account and statutory records for their applicable legal periods. Vercel, Supabase, Expo, and Resend may process limited data for hosting, database, authentication, requested push delivery, and transactional email. Personal data is not sold to advertising lists and the mobile app does not use advertising tracking.

Requests under Article 11—including access, correction, deletion, restriction, transfer information, and compensation—may be sent with the subject “KVKK Application” to legal@aroxda.com. Identity verification may be required.
