Digital Service Distance Sales Framework

This page describes the framework for future paid Aroxda digital-service orders. It is not, by itself, an order or a charge.

Order-specific disclosure

Before a payment is confirmed, checkout must show the verified operator identity, service and plan, billing interval, total price and taxes, renewal terms, activation method, cancellation route, and payment provider. The order-specific disclosure and confirmation record form part of the agreement.

Service and delivery

Aroxda provides access to software, market-research tools, evidence workflows, and account features described on the selected plan. Delivery is electronic to the purchasing account after the provider confirms payment.

User responsibility

Aroxda is decision-support software. It does not place orders, provide investment advice, or guarantee returns. The customer remains responsible for account security and every market decision.

Cancellation, withdrawal, and disputes

The order-specific pre-contract information, mandatory consumer law, and the Cancellation and Refund Policy govern cancellation and refund review. Commercial and legal contact information is published on the Contact page.
